• The site has been identified

• Preliminary studies of possible railway connections have been made

• The building permit request is being established

• The negotiation of the contract with HS1 on the rail tolls and the conditions of access to the line is under way

• The draft Business Plan has been established, but it remains to be supplemented with a detailed study once all the characteristics of the Terminal have been settled.

Following the official opening in 2015, London Carex will be one of the regeneration projects that are scheduled for deployment after the Olympic Games (in 2012).
